1 3/4 oz Kilo Kai Rum
1 1/4 oz Island Oasis Guava Puree
1 1/4 oz Island Oasis Passion Puree
1 Orange chunk squeeze
2 Lime squeezes
2 oz Ginger Ale

Directions

Shake and strain ingredients over crushed ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a straw.

½ part orange curaçao
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
ginger beer

Directions

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with a splash of ginger beer. Garnish with an orange wheel.

splash of sweet & sour mix
splash of pineapple juice

Directions

Mix equal parts Kilo Kai, créme de almond and triple sec in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top with sweet & sour mix and pineapple juice.

3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream

Directions

Blend with 2 cups of crushed ice. Strain, then serve with a straw.

Shake Kilo Kai, mint leaves, simple syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a mint leaf.

Pour Kilo Kai into a glass full of ice, then fill with apple cider.

Hot version: use heated apple cider and no ice!

1 dash Peppermint Shchnapps
4 oz hot tea
1 tsp honey
